Hurhurhur...since becoming a ReboLam fan I've scoured probably close to every single RL fansite on the japanese Reborn database and I've always envied those people and all their art in one nice hearth of rebolamloveliness. And, I was bored.

I forgot all my self-taught html so I just used lame formatted stuff. It doesn't look like how the legit japanese fanartists' layout but oh well. Whee~ having all my Rebolam pictures in one place is somewhat refreshing.

My sister and I beat SSB's Subspace Emissary thing yesterday and got Toon Link and Wolf. TEN HOURS TOTAL GAME TIME WTF! That's so sad...Brawl isn't even really an adventure game and we spent that long on SSE. Oh well, that's meager compared to the almost 60 hours to finish TP. We probably spent an hour just trying to beat the final boss. Failure so many times. We had to go YouTube it for hints. Haha, some h4x0r beat him with Zelda with one life...SICK. Yeah, so Toon Link is >> TP Link which is depressing. Overall Toon Link is still just average in my opinion but his kai-ten-giri move sucks opponents in unlike TP Link's who just sort hits and keeps spinning. PIRATE BOAT LEVEL IS SWEET. I <3 the hurricane. I want that Majora's Mask level back from Melee too...changing backgrounds are so cool.

I feel SSE'd out so back to brawlin'! If anyone wants to brawl online, leave me message. I can only pwn my sister so many times before it gets dull~ XD

And as for the random moment of the week, I was going to download from something from megaupload and the code that appeared was IVT...and I thought: Intermediate Value Theorem.

Ciassu_vitello is uber accelerating the RL fandom...it's just fabulousness. So another generous member scanned S Project 's newest doujin and yes it did just make my day. Not to mention there was another RL doujin up'd on AR. Is today RL love day?? It's my happy day.

I know doujinshi is just fanservice in comic form, but man, Hside is just PILING it in this doujin:

Oh yeah, and Hside's Reborn has changed hairstyles yet again. Man! I've been seeing most of her middle work so I'm used to the flat haired Reborn but recently I've seen some of her older stuff with the bangs of doom Reborn and now this newest doujin has supersaiyan Reborn. >_> Maybe she thinks supersaiyan Reborn is mostly likely the one that's going to be closest to canon but jeeeeeeez too many designs...stick to one so I can copy it and understand Reborn's hair. I still don't get how it works when you see it straight on without his hat...

Zomg would Akira Amano stop teasing us (us being the number of adult!Reborn/Rebolam fans you can count on your fingers in the fandom) with all the freakin' adult!Reborn in shadows crap! I DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THE DAMN ARCOBALENO CURSE ANYMORE! (it's pretty much predictable what happened anyway) Just show Reborn's damn face so all us Reborn fans can bash your skull in when it looks nothing like Hside's version. Hahaha, I jest. Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

This journal is sooooo dead, but I still like to record when I find new fandoms just to see how long they'll last before I move on. Heh...like YGO...what the hell, that's still around. But anyway, new fandom: Katekyo Hitman Reborn! I read seven volumes in one weekend...when it'd taken me around three months to finish the first seven. I think it was because I was extremely bored. I mean, even after finishing all of it up to its current release (chapter one-hundred fifty-something) the lovely pairing I am now obssessed with still isn't even there. It was the doujinshi...just as it was with YGO. Mangas are meaningless to me now w/o those dedicated doujinkas, haha. Thank you Hside for Lambo (10 years later) x Reborn (10 years later). Reborn 10 years later hasn't even been revealed in the manga but I love how Japanese fanart has portrayed him (the majority, anyway): selfish, sadistic, and slightly-Phoenix-Wright-haired. Haha, it's now 2-1-2. Two pairings with the semes being my favorite, one with both character receiving my equal love, and two with the ukes being my favorite. Can you name 'em? Haha...

Damn, so my new goal is anatomy. I already regretted not trying harder when I was in Gyakusai mode since both Wright and Edgeworth are freakin' MANLY. Now with Reborn and Lambo, g0tz to get it down. I think with this my style will finally change...

There are SO many good japanese fanartists out there...must not get sucked into vortex of infinite japanese fanart...

YAYYYYY!!! I finally beat the game after 56 hours and 10 minutes. 2 weeks and 6 days total.

Anyway, now that I'm done, I don't know what I'm going to do with the Wii. Cuz I really only got it for that one game. Heh, and my sister is too scared to even play anymore Zelda (she's only at the 2nd dungeon for the fused shadows). The only game that looks appealing right now is Super Smash Bros. Brawl, mostly because it features Link and Zelda again, hehehe. Here're some pictures:

I've heard it's coming out in 2008 but I haven't confirmed that. Oh well, seems like it'll be quite a wait before I have another Wii-obssesed marathon.

Oh yeah, I just noticed how much less gay they tried to make Link the TP. First of all, they got rid of his tights. They actually drew in the seams of his pants so they actually look like pants. Also, it's not so obvious that he isn't interested in girls. In OoT he had what...7 girls? (Zelda, Naboru, Saria, Ruto, Maron, Navi, Impa...) The ultimate girl rescuer...that wasn't interested in any...In TP there're only 3 girls (well, two if you don't count Midna since she's from the Twilight). Oh Linky, such a stud.

School's (Almost) Out

Whoo, haven't posted in awhile now. This journal isn't dead, but it seems it is to the outside world. Well, I made some changes today. The old background had to go, first of all. That was a back-when background I made before I had all these handy custom brushes. Now I just slap some shiz together with cool brushes made by other people and it'll turn out nice no matter what. Too bad I'm hopeless at color-matching.

So, looking back at my old entries, I really didn't post at all during the past school year. And before that, I posted a bunch of useless insert-most-boring-thing-here tests. Yeh, basically the only time I posted was about some new obssession. Heh. Well, those are always fun. I'm sure I'll find an interesting new obsession for the summer. Besides the AP Chem book.

Finals, and then we're out! That exclamation was forced. I'm seriously not looking forward to the summer for some reason.

Dang spring break passed us fast. Damn, I had so much to do. And then the stupid obsession. Le sigh, obssession leech so much time away. Gosh, and it wasn't even a sane obssession. Care to guess what it was? No, you'd never guess in a million years and will just laugh when I say it...

He made a freakin' hilarious parody of Yugioh, basically making fun of it the child's card game that it is but somehow my obsession turned the to real series and it ate up my whole spring break. Anyway, if you think I'm still retarded, then keep thinking that, because I agree with you, but watch that guy's 'Yugioh - The Abridged Series' because it's freakin' hilarious. If you hate the series, don't know about the series, love the series, it doesn't matter, it's humor that works for any background.

So wow. Yeah, the child's card game is gay but somehow I found one character worth obsessing over and somehow it sucked me into the whole damn series. The anime is still puke-in-mouth horrible (especially the American version) but the manga is tolerable. And if you're curious (and you're probably not), my favorite character is Yami a.k.a. the Pharaoh (all other characters need to die...).

Oh oh oh!!! New obssession: Stephen Chow.

First, I must thank Cathy for lending me 30 of his movies ^-^

Gahaha!! Stephen Chow is hilarious, cute, and asian (albeit, getting old now)! Everyone's heard of Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle...but those are not his films by a long shot. Those are the most recent and more internationally known ones, therefore there isn't the insane Hong Kong humor that makes Stephen Chow king of comedy. Zomg, anyone who's interested...I've burned about half Cathy's DVDs and am willing to lend!

So...I started my obsession Wednesday, November 22nd, 2006. For myself, who's keeping track. I watched Royal Tramp that day with Cathy. Then I watched 3 more movies on Thanksgiving Day. The day after I watched another 3 movies from 1:30am - 6:00am...I looked outside, and was like, holy crap, it's bright out! Saturday...I watched 2 movies. And...now it's Sunday and I've done no homework! Yay and today I watched some Stephen Chow stuff on YouTube.

Officially My Worst Day Ever

That I can remember anyway...

Friday was suppose to be happy. 9 hours of sleep...no test/quizzes...no stress.

Period 1 was normal, even comical. This soph next to me had the biggest sneeze in the history of the world. I mean not only did he lurch back like 2 feet, what came out the other direction was...el huge-o. Normally sneezes are sprays of water, right? Plus a little snot maybe on your hand? Ever seen a globule projectile launched from a sneeze? Lmao...dude, it was grossly funny. I mean, my peripheral vision saw this guy shoot this globule 2 feet in front of him! And, I swear I heard it go thud when it hit the ground. Lol, and all he said was 'Whoa, nasty' and just left 'it' there. I almost busted my guts trying not to laugh. I feel sorry for the 2nd clarinet kid who sits in front of him...

Period 3...AP Bio...well I got a quiz back and he didn't say how many points it's worth but mine has a bunch of checks indicating wrong wrong wrong. It wouldn't be that bad if I was getting say a C in that class right now but nonono, I have a 33% right now. Yes, thanks to a fucking lab in which 5/6 groups in our class got 0/10 points because the teacher was feeling pissy.

Period 4...dumbass enriched print. We went to NCTV (15 minutes away, recording studio for Naperville TV talk show) and right as we left, I felt that I had forgotten my binder. It's not on the bus...but I can't find it in the studio either. Great, there goes my physics and spanish homework (due in a couple of periods) not to mention that quiz in AP bio that we can get test corrections on.

Period 5...time to redo my physics homework because it's always checked. Oh no, I forget, Friday is tutee day, and there happens to be a random kid who needs help on enriched chem. Blah, there goes that.

Period 6...holyfuxormathtest. T3H SHIT. Everyone did 'badly', I mean Jules got a 87% and Priya an 89% right? Yea, how bout me with the 58%? Well, I finished the physics the first half of the period and the later half we got to do test corrections. I fuxed that up too.

Period 7+8...physics and spanish...well, homework just barely done...no homework check in spanish...

After school...now I have to go to NCTV to paint the sets for our production on monday. And find that green binder.

I've found the solution to Chronic Procrastionation (Akius version)!!

What is Chronic Procrastination? Do YOU have it? Well, let's look at the symptoms.

You could be a victim of Chronic Procrastination (Akius) if you show 3 or more of these symptoms...
~you go to sleep between 12:00am-6:00am due to homework
~suffer from lack of sleep highs during school
~feel like shit between 8:00pm-10:00pm due to last night's 3 hours of sleep
~Have 3-10 bags under the eyes
~Give homicidal glares to just about everyone at school

What Doctor Aki prescribes:
Set a time that you COULD realistically finish homework (probably 10:00-12:00ish) and go to sleep at that time. Then wake up at 6:00am so you can finish the rest of your homework FO SHO and distractionless!

A testimony from Aki:
It's perfect...I've been experimenting on myself, and it's genius! I went to sleep at 10:00pm yesterday, woke up at 6:00 and finished my homework and got 8 hours of sleep (le gasp, a record!)

Side effects include:
Burning, aching, diahrrea, cramps, bloody vomit, AIDS, bloating of the third toe, and less time for ES21 (hey, I don't wanna get sued if you catch ebola and blame it on Doc Aki)

I'm near the end of Pagan in Exile right now...ordering #3 and #4 through Barnes and Noble/Borders/Anderson's soon. Those two aren't available at the library but if anyone else gets hooked, just ask me for the books (obviously after I'm done)! ^-^

These books are teh bomb 'mkay? It takes place during the Medieval Ages in Jerusalem. But, that's not really the interesting part, the characters are. XD Greatest shiz on earth! <3...I will be drawing pictures (<-- yes, pictureS) for this. For those that don't know...I've taken up drawing pictures of every book that I like/hate...(er, yeah). Um...haven't been updating often...nothing to talk about. Finished 6 weeks of U.S. History hell. Now I'm at CoD from 8:30 - 3:30 for SAT and ACT prep classes. Then I'll have about 2 weeks of no classes before school starts. Whee...

Wohoo...well I basically spent my whole 4th of July weekend finishing it. Wow...it's so simple yet all those little button thingies that I obssess over...really upped the hours-to-completion. Moo, but it's done and I'm happy! It's about the wonderful world of japanese music...I don't know many people into that currently except CP and Vivi but hopefully I'll get more people interested. It was overall a fun project because it helped me solidify my html skills (that I just learned through tutorials). Maybe some day far away I'll try xhtml or css. Heh, probably not. Just html took me like 30+ hours I'd guestimate.

And if anyone has a website and would like to trade linkies, please tell!!

Bugs are Invading My House!!

AGH!

I've seen way too many bugs upstairs in the last three days.
I mean, it's understandable that centipedes live in colonies in our basement...but now they're taking over upstairs too...
Two days ago I saw a huge-ass centipede on our wall.
Yesterday my sister caught (not literally) one scurrying near the stairs.
Today I saw some creepy long black thing (not centipede, looked just as ugly though) upstairs.
Just about two seconds ago I put my book down on my pile-o-books and a effin ginormous silverfish dropped on my desk.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Smushed it good with a tissue box.

Yuck.
